Mr. Marcus represents injured workers and individuals in the areas of FELA, personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability.

He is recognized for his victory in the Supreme Court of the United States in protection of the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, on behalf of locomotive engineer Robert McBride. Mr. Marcus tried the case, which resulted in a $275,000.00 verdict. The McBride opinion solidifies the application of FELA in fully protecting railroad workers and making the railroads a safer place to work. Since its enactment in 1908, the FELA has served to protect railroad workers and their families from corporate negligence and unsafe industry practices.  Mr. Marcus has tried cases in numerous jurisdictions and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.

Mr. Marcus received his B.S. from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and attended Southern Illinois University Law School in Carbondale, Illinois, where he participated in Moot Court and was a published member of S.I.U.'s Law Journal.
